Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Rich Content Blogs Agent (“the App”), provided by Commerce Sync LLC. By installing the App you agree to them.

The service

The App uses artificial intelligence to draft blog articles from your store information and, at your direction, publishes them to your Shopify store. AI-generated content can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing content and for what is published on your store, including product, health, legal and safety claims. Use the review mode if you want to approve every article before it goes live.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed by Shopify on a recurring basis and appear on your Shopify invoice. Each plan includes a fixed number of articles per calendar month; unused articles do not roll over, and you are never charged for usage beyond your plan. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from within the App or by uninstalling it.

Content ownership

Articles generated for your store are yours to use, edit and publish.

Acceptable use

You may not use the App to create unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Availability and liability

The App is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific search rankings or traffic results. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the three months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms with notice on this page. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
